I used to use this often, but as of late because of the paid watermark I’ll just uninstall and move to another app.

...now those who bought it need to pay again to remove a giant watermark... Absolutely disgusting tactics that hurt early supporters. I will not be paying for any of your products in the future and I will encourage others to do the same.

The Platoverse watermark is rediculois for a paid app!!!!!!!!!

Yet ANOTHER app that begins to gain some traction and then jumps to the subscription model. But to make this app’s crossover better than most is that despite having already paid for the app, the latest “update” now watermarks any projects that are created. In order to remove the watermark, you guessed it, you either have to pay an additional $5 fee or join their new subscription model. Want to add features to an app and then charge for them or make them available only to subscribers? That makes total sense. But removing a feature (the ability to create an ad/watermark-free cinemagraph) and forcing a someone to either purchase or subscribe in order to get this feature back is not how you treat a user base. DO. NOT. BUY. THIS. APP.

This a great app, but I refuse to pay for the “promise” of future greatness. Give me features worth upgrading for and I “promise” I’ll pay for the upgrades. In the meantime, I’m out.

For those who have previously purchased this app: this "upgrade" now force feeds you a social network of plotagraphs that is completely unnecessary. The app opens to this garbage by default. Worse yet, your plotagraphs now have a watermark on them unless you pay for subscription. Yes, even if you already paid for this app and didnt have a watermark before. Why do developers move features you already paid for behind a paywall? What a slap in the face! Avoid the update if you can. Its truly awful.

I paid for this app already now with new update i have to pay to remove the water added by the new update!! Must fix

What? I still have the old (good version)! Now I am totally confused! Now you’re going to charge us $99 per year!!! (see their website) subscription—HATE your app already!! PLUS add a stupid social aspect—you couldn’t PAY me to do the social junk! I already PAID $4.99 for Plotagraph. It (had) been an excellent way to animate photos and create gifs; however, here’s an example of yet another EXTREMELY GREEDY developer! Subtracting 4 stars.

So, version 1, was $4.99 and watermark free, which I bought 5 months ago, and now with version 2, I have to pay an additional $4.99 to be watermark free again?! Did i miss something? Is the app now free and I dont know how to restore my purchase? I hope so, otherwise thats a real crummy move.

Dear developers All my existing projects need to have your watermark “PLOTAVERSE” when I export them again. Seriously? Do I have to pay another 4.99$ for the app I already bought to remove your watermark that you just impose in this update? I do appreciate your push to subscription by adding more effects and online community to share our works, etc. However why do you take away what we already paid you in the first place and require us to pay you for it once again? I rarely leave reviews for any apps but I feel like this is a must. This company truly cares for its users. There was a minor glitch with the new update but they were ready to help and respond quickly and (respectfully) on their social media platforms. AND of course their app is simply amazing as it turn your photos into instant eye-candy! They are always innovating and improving their app. If i can give them six stars I would do so with a heartbeat.

I bought the app & then it changed to having to have a monthly subscription fee. No thanks. Ill find another app.

... now they only want money, money, money. Since last update there is also a watermark in the clips that you cannot remove!!

I bought this app last year and yesterday they release an update where they want us to pay again to remove watermark. Also their new UI is messy!

I loved this app before it became monetized and every edit you did had a watermark that you have to pay to remove. Used to be my favorite editing tool. Now I’m shying away from it

I bought the app and was able to make plotographs without a watermark. With the latest update however they want me to pay again to remove the watermark. This is ridiculous! Please fix.

I bought the app ant the videos did not appear with the name of the app, now with the new update, in order to get off that I have to pay

I bought the app literally three nights ago and then comes this update and now they are asking additional 5 dollars to remove the watermark. I paid 5 to buy this in first place. This is unacceptable.

Being a user of the Desktop version, I have been waiting for this update. Like the idea of the app launching the social platform from where the rest of the tools can be easily navigated to. Now I never miss any posts or updates from fellow Plotagraphers and I can easily stay in touch with the highly creative community. The best part is I can finally view and showcase my work in HD. My videos will be alive in full glory, as I create it to be. Thank you team Plotaverse ! Would recommend Plotaverse app as an alternative medium to anyone who would like to enjoy amazing visuals in their timeline, in High Definition.
